KIDS ART CLUB WITH HAYLEY GILLESPIE

Block 1

Starting in March 2017, the Gallery Kids Art Club with Hayley Gillespie is for children aged 8 to 12 years. Held on the first Saturday of each month from March to November, much loved artist, Hayley Gillespie, will run a 2-hour session for our Club members. 

Each session will introduce kids to new ways of looking at, talking about, and thinking about art, craft and design, including theatre, fashion, graphic and architecture design. 

From 10am to 12pm, Hayley will lead Club sessions at the Gallery or at other inner city locations. The Club is a great opportunity for children to make friends and is designed to introduce children to a broad range of techniques and ideas used in art, craft and design disciplines. In some instances sessions may involve art making, in which case any required materials will be provided.

Parents are asked to take kids to and from pre-arranged locations if and as required.
